I have a lovely oak furnished double room available on Simonside Terrace in Heaton with off street parking available, but due to a recent bereavement in the family I am unable to fulfil my position as a tenant in September and therefore am looking for somebody to take over my contract. There are three other lovely flatmates moving in in September too who all attend Northumbria University. The house has a new modern fitted kitchen with washing machine and a lovely bathroom with a jacuzzi bath! It is fully central heated with double glazing so will be economical to run too and broadband is available. Rent is £62 each week and I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE DEPOSIT OF £269 which I WOULD NOT ASK FOR BACK!
