The bedroom: Large double ground floor front bedroom with two radiators and large bay windows. The room has double glazing so you don't hear street noise and the room is spacious and comfortable.

The living room: Comes with two leather sofas and a 32'' TV. The house has sky broadband and sky TV available for everyone to use.

The kitchen: Large lovely kitchen with plenty of room. Washer/dryer combi is included and a fridge and freezer. We have had no problems with 4 people sharing the space as it is very large.

Gardens: The property comes with a back and front gardens the back being big enough to be able to host a get together comfortably.

The bathroom: Three piece suite on the middle floor. There have been no arguments over the bathroom at all whilst I have been a resident. Everyone is curtious with the time and understands everyone elses needs.

The Bills: Bills are not included in the rent and we have sky TV and broadband as and extra and that comes at a cost of £13 a month.

The housemates: Two students (socal workers) and one professional.
