Tenant needed - Shared House - Headingley - A73 pw ex. bills ' Summer rent already paid!
Hello,
We are in need of a tenant to share our spacious house in Headingley! The room available has:
- Double Bed
- Built in wardrobe
- Desk and shelves
- Beautiful view of far Headingley
- Bathroom and shower, shared with just 1 person
- Wireless broadband Internet
You will also have the full use of a spare room that no one lives in for storage etc!
The house has a fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc). The spacious lounge has sofas, Virgin TV, and a Playstation. The Internet is also provided by Virgin and has a speed of 20mb.
You will be sharing with 5 sociable male students who attend Leeds College of Music. We enjoy going out into Headingley and Town, but will need to buckle down to some work, as we will be going into our final year!
Summer rent has already been paid and the rent is only A73 pw, making this house a bargain that your student loan will easily cover! We pay Internet as a lump sum at the start of the year (A60 each) and we will need to pay TV license too. After that, electricity and gas bills come out every quarter.
