Theres a room available in a shared 5 bed house commencing from 1st March 2012 (move in date flexible) in headingley area leeds. Or it can be available asap as I will be flexible with the move in date.

You would be sharing with a friendly group of students. 2 guys 2nd year Psychology students and 2 final year girls who are doing English and Criminology.

The house has a large kitchen, 1 bathroom on the first floor and another bathroom on the next floor. There is also a good sized living room area. There is parking space around the back of the house. The room available is one of the largest in the house.

The rent is 325 pcm. £300 deposit

The contract can be continued for the remainder of the year etc (June 2012) and be renewed if the tenant wishes the following year.
