Also tenant would have main use of the family bathroom as there are 2 bathrooms - so almost en-suite really! nice big living room with a small balcony off of it too. Gas central heating throughout. oven/hob. Fridge freezer & washing machine.
Would be to share with myself, a young, fun friendly professional who gets on with all sorts of people and would love to be able to socialise with my flat mate, but understand the need for personal space too!
