We are a couple looking to rent out our extra bedroom. Its a groundfloor room in a newly converted barn in Hartlepool. It is a double bedroom, furnished if required. The rest of the barn consists of a large, very spacious living area, with the kitchen open plan with the living room. The bathroom is spacious with a free standing bath. Also we already have all of the everyday requirements such as washing machine, internet etc.

Rent is £350pcm, but that includes bills so no need to budget for those too.
We also have 2 cats so please consider this when replying!

It is in a very nice, private area near Throston Golf course, off road parking is available. Local shops include Tesco Express, Aldi, Sainsburys, Coral and of course a local pub!

We're looking for a professional who is happy to meet new people and make friends rather than just share a house with.
