Hi!

We are two professional females looking for a female to move in with us! We have a lovely sized, cosy, non smoking double room whch will be available anytime between now and 2nd Jan at the latest. We are looking for a clean, considerate and happy professional/student/couple. The room has a wardrobe, curtains and double mattress included.

The flat is located 2 mins walk away from Hanwell overground where trains run into London Paddington and London Heathrow. We are also a 15 minute bus journey from Ealing Broadway which has the Central, District and overground lines.

The flat is modern but cosy, has cream carpet throughout, modern kitchen and bathroom and extra WC in the hallway.

WE DON'T HAVE A LIVING ROOM OR EATING AREA IN THE KITCHEN but this has never bothered us as we just chat in the hallway/kitchen area or in each others rooms. Please be OK with NO LIVING ROOM before you arrange any viewings :)

We like to relax most evenings and whatever goes on the weekends. We're not grandma's but we are also not party animals. We are a happy medium I'd say; -)

When moving inn you will need to pay up front A365 (rent) + A505 (deposit which you will get back when moving out)
