We are a friendly mother and daughter who live elsewhere in the house and do not share any of your accomodation or facilities with you-we live on a different floor. There is also the added bonus that we are useful in medical emergencies (Nurses)!

Both of these very large rooms are available at the same time, but we only wish to let to a maximum of three people-one person in one of the rooms and either a couple, or one person (for A50 less), in the even larger second room.

Of course, this could also be an opportunity for a couple to rent both rooms exclusively and create an extremely large one bedroomed flat, fully furnished with wireless broadband, community tax all utility bills ALL included!

We are situated in a lovely, leafy area, close to parks and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and pubs.
