Bright double-room with own bathroom and shared use of whole house in a quiet cul-de-sac near the river Thames.

I have a double bedroom with ensuite, and a large single room to let. (I may also consider moving into the single room making two double rooms available to let. ) Ideally I’m looking for professionals or mature students. Happy for two to share. Females preferred. Must be (genuinely) clean, tidy and considerate!

The house is a three-bedroom property with a garden, car park space and garage in Hampton, opposite the Thames; near Hampton train station and several bus routes; also the A3, A316, M3, M4, M25 roads as well as Heathrow airport in case you travel a lot!

I'm including all areas of the house in the share (not just your bedroom) for the right person(s), including living/TV room, superfast broadband, washing machine, use of vacume cleaner, iron & ironing board, etc. I would therefore expect you to contribute to the upkeep of the whole house - helping out in the garden for example. That said, I don't have any problems with anyone wanting to stay in their space.
