I am leaving London so my room is available from any day suitable for you next week.
The room is in a tidy, all girls flat, ages ranging late twenties/ early thirties. It isn't a party flat although everyone is friendly we also live independent lives.

The flat is in a very safe area - Hampstead Garden Suburbs with excellent transport links, a bus stops outside and takes you within minutes to East Finchley (which is also an easy walk) or Golders Green Stations on the Northern Line. It is in an area where there are shops i. e. post office, mini supermarkets, pharmacy. Waitrose and M&S are a 10 minute walk away.

We are looking for someone who:
- doesn't want a party flat
- is tidy
- is reliable with rent/ bills

Rent is 425 pounds a month plus bills. There is a deposit of one months rent when you move in. We also have wifi.
