We are looking for a professional Kiwi or Ozzie to share with four other cool flatties. This is more suited to people looking for a flat share on a long term basis.

The flatmates are easy going and relaxed who enjoy a drink on the weekend and also quiet time during the working week.

Please note this will be available to move into from the 18th December 2011 (no sooner). You will also be required to sign on to a six month lease.

The Room

The room is a double sized room. The room includes a large double bed with a brand new quality mattress, bookcase, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You will share a bathroom with two others and a fridge with just one person.

The room is £580 pcm, with bills being an average of £65 pppcm.
The bond is £500 which is registered with the private landlord.

The rent is paid one month in advance. When the room is taken on the 18th you will be required to pay pro rata of one months’ rent, rent being due on the 12th of each month.

There will be a £150 non-refundable deposit to secure the room. This will then be taken off your bond.

The House

The house is a four bedroom multi level terraced house. This consists of one bathroom and two toilets (separate from the ensuite in the main bedroom of the house). There are currently four others in the house; three females and one male.

There is a large back courtyard area that hosts backyard furniture with both gas and charcoal bbq’s.
This area gets a lot of sun during the summer months and is a great place to drink and relax. There is also a flat screen TV and quality dining and lounge furniture.

Location

The main areas of both Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith are all within 10min walking distance with everything that you may need with also Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Central tube lines. There is also a great Off Licence located straight across the road and a large Tesco 3-4mins walk away in Brook Green.
