We are offering a twin or double room (the landlord changes your bed so you can choose double bed or 2 single beds), with one big wardrobe and a nightable.

You have your own bathroom. You will share flat with a Spanish couple (around 22yrs) very clean and nice to have a chat.

The rent is 225 per week for 2 people. So its 110 each one a week.

The flat is new refurbished, our landlord set up the alarm today so its secure.

It has washingmachine, dishwasher, fridge… . 2bathrooms a huge livingroom with big tv in it, internet, a great garden for this summer and a small one downstair in the kitchen.

Hammersmith zona 2zona muy tranquila

Ofrezco una habitacion doble (con 2 camas o con una doble) en la zona de Hammersmith. 4 lineas de metro :Piccadilly, district, circle and hammersmith & city. La casa se comparte con una pareja Española muy maja.

Buses 24h en la puerta de casa, sainsbury's a 30metros, pub, tiendas off license 24h abiertas a 2 minutos de casa, restaurantes a 10 metros.

El precio es de 225 a la semana (110 por persona). El piso es un duplex con un salon enorme, 2 baños (uno para vosotros solos), cocina enorme con lavadora y lavavajillas, tiene un jardin para el veranito y un patio en la cocina. El landlord ha puesto una alarma hoy para que esteis seguros.
