About the Share room: Single bed in a room sharing with two others - immediately available. Rent is very cheap and is approximately £65 per week (rent is paid monthly). The bond is £400 and coming month’s rent is due on moving in. Rent includes all shared household expenses i. e. wireless internet, phone (with free calls to landlines in Australia), Sky TV, house bills, council tax, and other shared amenities, such as bread, milk, toothpaste, toilet paper, cleaning products etc.

About The Location: Excellent location on Fulham Palace Road with Sainsbury's directly across the road, Boots, Charing Cross Gym and Hospital, Southern Belle Pub and an Offy all close by. We are 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith Tube on the Piccadilly and District Lines. We also have a bus directly out the front of the house with Buses 295, 220, 211, 190, 74 regularly going by.

About The Housemates: Sharing with 6 others who at the moment are all Aussies aged in our 20s to 30s. Some of the flatmates are also involved in the Hammersmith Hills Hoists Rugby League Team. We are an easy-going bunch who have fun on the weekends, enjoy going out for an occasional beer or two but also have quiet time during the week.
