Availability: Short term rent for 5 weeks while I go home to New Zealand.
Dates: Move in Sunday 25th March – Move out by Saturday 28th April
Cost: £450 for the 5 weeks (Only £90 per week). This includes ALL bills
The Room: Single room, on the second floor of our flat - fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers & wardrobe.
The House: Awesome location – Field Road, Hammersmith. Only 5-10 minute walk to Barons Court Underground station (Piccadilly & District Lines). Very close to shops, restaurants, off licenses etc.
15-20 minute walk to King Street, Hammersmith – shops, big Sainsburys, Underground station, pubs, restaurants etc. Fully furnished 2 story flat with backyard, open plan living area/kitchen.
The Housemates: Share with 5 kiwis – 2 couples & 1 single male (look out ladies! ). All get on really well, enjoy a laugh, sneaky vino or two…
Rent includes: All bills, phone with free calls to NZ or Australia for up to 1 hour at a time, unlimited wireless internet, SKY with movies/entertainment/sport, cleaner who comes in every Monday (convenient post-weekend visit)
