We are going away travelling for the summer and are looking for an honest person or couple to rent our room.
(Room is big enough for three people if required, rent can be negotiated)
Dates: Available for rent between 23rd of July to the 3rd of September. (These dates are very flexible can be longer or shorter)

Rent: Rent is 180pw and includes all bills.
Location: We are located within 5 minutes of Barons court station and 10 minutes to Hammersmith station which also has a large bus station. This station is great for getting home on the weekends because plenty of night buses go past. 1 minute walk to bus stop with buses that go to all parts of London.
House: 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, separate kitchen and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI

Room: Double bed in large light filled room with plenty of space (enough to place a double blow up air mattress on the floor if you need someone to stay), TV and DVD player in room. Bedding can be supplied.

Bathroom: You will share with one other female in a large bathroom with a shower and toilet.

House mates: There are 6 other people living in the house all Aussie and Kiwi. All working professionals who are clean and easy going.
