I'm looking to rent out one double room in Hammersmith.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are occupied by professionals, and a fourth housemate is needed.

There is a shared bathroom between 3, a living room, a pool/snooker room with table, a large kitchen, dining area, living room and a patio with barbeque.

The house is a 10 mins walk from Hammersmith or Barons Court station. It is also next to Charing Cross hospital

Ideally the tenant is a single, professional male or single male student that appreciates that as professionals still under going exams, there are times where they will need to be quieter, but also is sociable and can mix well with people.

Cost is £780pcm inc bills
