Modern, spacious property about a mile from Halifax town centre - a really nice place to live. A largish single room (could fit a double bed in, as previous owners did). You would have your own bathroom, access to Sky+ HD and broadband, good sized kitchen / diner and lounge. Off road parking and outdoor area with raised garden to the rear. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you into town, but the centre is walkable in around 15 minutes.
I would ideally like a professional person who is clean and tidy and considerate. A non-smoker preferred.
