I live in a two bedroom apartment, with open plan living room/kitchen and an open balcony (south-facing)+ 1 shared bathroom. Living room has two sofas TV with Sky.

The one room I am looking rent out can fit a double bed, we would need to sort bed out once my current flatmate leaves, as she bought her own double bed and wardrobe. Currently there is a good size desk and TV Arial + ample sockets in room.
