I am looking for a lodger in my 2 bed maisonette, sharing with me (live in landlord), I'm a 30yr old professional female. Ideally I would like a male!
You will have use of shared bathroom, kitchen, front room and garden. There is off street parking and its a 10 minute walk to either Hainault or Fairlop station, zone 4 on the central line - seat guaranteed! Roughly 25 mins to Liverpool Street.
Rent is A450pcm or A105pw
I have a house rabbit, I'm clean tidy, non smoker and reliable and looking for someone who is the same!
I am looking for someone who likes to socialise with friends outside of the home.

The room has a wardrobe but you will need to bring a single or double bed. The previous tenant had a sofa bed.

I'm a live in landlord not at home very much, I'm friendly, tidy and easy going. I stay at my boyfriends a lot, go to the gym each day and like to go out at weekends.
The bills are all inclusive but heating would have to be shared during Winter months as I'm rarely home - probably around A20 - 25 per month depending how much its on.
