I'm looking for people to rent a room in my warehouse unit. I have recently taken over the lease and have just had the rooms builtthere is a bit of work still to be done to the space so I would like someone who is happy to contribute. I also have 2 cats so whoever moves in must like cats and be happy to give strokes. The unit is opposite Hackney Wick station so great for transport, there is a good community feel here with lots of social events and good connections for thoese who work in creative industries

we like good times and a happy house so want people who like to join in with cooking and having the odd party (nothing crazy). I want people who want to be part of the household rather than stay in their room all the time. As mentioned the area is filled with people who work in creative jobs so I would prefer someone who does that type of work too.
