We are two friendly creative girls in our 20's and are looking for a friendly girl to join us in our flatshare.

We would like someone who is sociable, up for going out or staying in with a glass of wine and a good film.
We would also like someone who is tidy and willing to help with the chores.

The Room Available:

The room itself is on the ground floor and has a double bed, It can also fit a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (these are not provided).

The Flat

The flat is on two floors, with the front door and one bedroom on the 1st floor and the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two other bedrooms on the ground floor.

The lounge has a set of double doors that makes it light and airy and opens onto a patio area that is shared by two the flats next to us.

Our flat is a 5 minute walk to the overground train (Hackney Wick).
There are also bus services 276, 388, 26 and the night bus N26 within a 5 min walk, so getting around is easy. (Getting to liverpool street on the bus takes around 15mins)

Bills:

Bills are not included in the price of the room. All bills come to around A60 per month including council tax.
