Property is a Victorian Conversions (3 bed Maisonette) has garden, all usual facilities, is recently decorated, peaceful and clean.

This is a quite family home (not a party house! or meeting place for friends! ) and we are looking for a responsible short term housemate. Someone who is fully house trained, and considerate. You will be sharing with a brother and sister, we are busy working people who enjoy eachothers company and respect eachothers space. Would ideally suit an easygoing single working (or student) female, no couples or part time partners please.

Initially this will be a on Per Week basis! but may be happy to extend for the right person.
