Hello potential flatmate,

Decent sized room available, overlooking the garden in our house in Clapton. We are three males, working respectively as a journalist, kitchen designer and something called 'public affairs' which I don't really understand.

We're looking for someone relaxed, relatively tidy who's not looking for a party house but happy to share a glass of wine of an evening or make the occasional visit to the pub.

The room comes with storage space for clothes, while the house has a basement if you've got any large items you don't know where to put. Which is nice.

The house itself has a cosy, comfortable living room, a massive kitchen and not so massive bathroom. For what you're getting (and the price of Hackney these days) it's a bit of a bargain.

It's near Millfields park as well as the marshes, and is just off 'up and coming' (as estate agents say) Chatsworth road, which looks to be well on the way to becoming the new Stoke Newington Church St.
