Hiya, I have a double room available from 1st November 2011. It’s a good sized un-furnished double room in a 2 storey flat that comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets. The flat is bright, spacious and gets plenty of sunlight and faces out onto a communal garden that is lovely and quiet.

Situated in vibrant Hackney within a five minute stroll of Broadway Market and London Fields and within 15 minutes walking distance of Columbia Road Flower Market and Victoria Park. It is ideally situated for public transport with a host of buses, Hackney Central, London Fields overground and Haggerston tube all in walking distance.

The flat was redesigned and fitted by an architect and has many stylish aspects including an impressive front door, tons of built in storage units, wooden work surfaces and fitted white goods in the kitchen and a modern bathroom. The flat is also fully carpeted in the living room and bedrooms and has grey floor tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The living room has a cute balcony with a nice view of the City, which will be perfect on hot summer days and warm nights. The kitchen is of a good size with a small bench seating area built in.
I am on the 2nd floor. A fantastic feature of this flat is two storey aspect which really makes it feel like a house and gives you the space you need.

I am looking for someone fairly likeminded- friendly, social, but won't bring the party home too often! Someone who is clean and tidy is also a must!
