Due to my lovely housemate leaving the home to move in with her boyfriend, I will now have a big spacious, furnished double room available to rent ON BROADWAY MARKET. The last day she has on the lease is May 10th but if you want to move in earlier, she'd appreciate the early departure!

I'm a 26 yo gal working in photography and production and looking for a sound, easy going, tidy and interesting housemate. I love music, fashion, vintage, socialising, festivals, cooking, etc so would hope to have at least a couple of these in common! Tis defo not a party house but a sociable one. I'd like a housemate/s that had an active social life outside the home but when home wouldn't be shy to have the odd glass of wine/cook dinner/and all that jazz together every now and then.

The place is a very big spacious 2 bedroom split level flat so we have both levels above a shop. Kitsch living area, clean separate kitchen and bathroom. Loads of windows in the flat and when the sun comes down brings a warm glow through out the place. Truly a charming home in an amazing location!

Rent is £208 pr week inc all bills, council tax, virgin TV, water, internet, gas and electricity.

6 month contract. One month rent and one months rent as deposit in advance.
