I am a 23 year old law student and I will be commuting for the second half of my course so my double room is available.

The tenancy runs until September this year. The current tenants are both male aged 20 and 27. The house is extremely spacious (particularly given it's only three bedrooms). The kitchen and bathroom are both very modern and fully equipped. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair, full length mirror and two lamps. There is a large garden, a garage, an outhouse and an off road drive way capable of holding three cars.

The house is situated within 15/20 mins walk from the centre of town and is 2 mins from a high street with a co op, banks, a pub etc.

I have paid the rent up until the 4th of February but would be willing for anyone to move in as soon as they wished and split the rest of January on a pro rata basis. The property is particularly good for students as the other two tenants are currently studying so the three of you will continue to be exempt from council tax.
