Bedroom available in a spacious new flat in gated and secure development – includes parking space if required, secure bike storage, a cleaner, wifi etc. use of a yoga studio out-of-class times and is minutes away from Westcombe park station and close to North Greenwich tube (max 30 mins door to door for most offices in Canary Wharf, I can be in Fenchurch Street in 30 mins if I time the train right).

I am easy going with varied interests (yoga to boxing, reading to giggling at archer or South Park or discussing nonsense), and a love of food with a tendency towards vegetarianism and healthy food but not adverse to the odd bit of meat – am out a lot sometimes, often away for work but then also in a lot depending on my mood. My only criterion for a housemate is that they are also easy going (minimum hygiene standards implicitly assumed) – and probably shouldn’t mind that I don’t have TV :)

The flat is currently available for a six month period as I am hoping to rent it out for the Olympics and short-terms lets are definitely considered. The move-in date could be sooner if required, it just seemed sensible to wait until after Christmas.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished as required; there is one built-in wardrobe. If only a Mon-Fri rental then towels and linen can be included.
