And is only 20 minutes on the bus into city centre.
The bills included is phone bill internet council tax gas and eclectic and TV licensing (So all bills included)
There is off road parking and sky plus in the house. There is £100 deposit needed and first month rent up fount. The rest of the rent is needed monthly.
I do have a nice sized garden and a cleaner that comes to the house 4 hours a week, I do have a Mexican Chihuahua so a pet lover is a necessity!
