We are professional married couple working in London, living in Gravesend, Kent. Our Child is 1 years old and has the run of the living room when we are indoors, but dont worry she sleeps well all through the night and is in bed at 8.30pm.

We are looking to rent out the spare double room to someone who likes children, is down to earth and who is tidy/clean. We are easy to get along with and very accommodating, so you can sit in the living room make yourself at home, but we won’t get offended if you just want to go chill in your room. Smokers are welcome but would have to go in the garden.

Our house is a 3 bedroom and one bathroom, and the room for rent is a double with a double bed, TV and sofa (can move the soft out to put in a clothes rail or set of draws). There is a garage to the rear of the property if you need to park your car.

The house is 10 - 15 min walk to Gravesend train station, which I walk to every day and also located close to Ebsfleet International, also close to shops, resturants and bars.

All facilities are shared - all bills included, with the exception of food and phone we have wireless broadband you can use if you have a laptop/computer.
