Hello! I have a double bedroom for rent in a gorgeous farmhouse on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The house is a farmhouse on a working dairy. It has two full bathrooms (one is a shower over a bath, and one is a shower only), two double bedrooms (one of which is mine), a large lounge, large kitchen, mudroom, utility room, entryway, two hall closets, and large gardens surrounding the house. There is a small orchard with apple and plum trees as well. The bedroom is a double bedroom with one window looking out the front of the house. The house is furnished so you wouldn't have to worry about any of that :)

I'm looking for someone who is mature, settled in their life, and looking for a quiet place to live. It is best if you have your own transportation, but it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to the bus stops in Gorebridge, with regular services into the city. It is within a 15 minute drive to the city centre, 20 minutes to Roslin, and just off the A7 near Gorebridge.

I am a 29 year old female vet student, and have dogs, and a cat. Pets may be negotiable. The rent is £385 per month, plus half the cost of bills (internet, phone, oil heating, electricity, TV license, TV channels, etc).
