The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, table and chairs, TV, DVD player, and stereo. Currently has freeview TV only.

The kitchen has all standard appliances, including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, stove top, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, and extractor fan. The dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are all very nice and you'll have your own cupboard for food storage.

The flatmate is a friendly male student. Another mature student is preferred so the flat will not be charged any council tax.
