I have a room to let in a 2 bedroom flat in central Shawlands. The flat is extremely nice and is very close to transport links into the city. There are 7 different busses that run very regularly (20 mins to city) and the flat is a short walk from Crossmyloof train station (6 mins to city)
The room itself is furnished with a double bed, bookshelf, 2 wardrobes, 1 extra wardrobe with drawers, 2 bedside tables with drawers. The rent is £330 which includes high speed broadband and sky but not gas and electricity. Those are relatively cheap anyway :)
