The rent is A275 per month plus bills (council tax, telephone/internet, gas and electricity). A deposit of A300 is also payable.

The flat is very close to a bus stop with several routes into town and the west end. The town centre is a 25 minute walk away. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away with several smaller shops nearby (Greggs, Dominoes, Subway etc).
