Hey, my name's Brian. I have a spare room in the East End, with easy access to the City Centre. Three different buses will take you there and one of them will do it in less than half an hour. There's also a train station, just a 10-15 minute walk away. The room currently has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

I'm friendly, easy going and I LOVE music, films, reading and writing. Would like a friendly, easy going flatmate to fill the room. I'll listen to most types of music, except dance, not really a fan(unless I'm out ;). Ideally looking for a female flatmate, but this is NOT essential

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a Hi-Fi. Still looking for more stuff for it. There's also double glazing. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and shower.

Rent may vary depending on employment status. Although, its unlikely, but I'd better say just in case.
