Furnished double room to rent in lovely city centre flat (£300 pm) from 1st April

I am looking for a female flatmate to take over from my contract and share a lovely two bedroom flat close to Merchant City. The flat is large, split over two levels, and is within a friendly and secure building. It also benefits from a shared balcony area and courtyard. The flat is fully equipped with electric oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, wireless internet and telephone. It is warm and bills are low (approx. £20pm each in total, although this excludes council tax as myself and my current flatmate are students). Shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and public transport is readily accessible.

A little bit about the flatmate you will be sharing with who is very lovely. She is a 25 year old female student in her third year at Glasgow University. She works hard, but also like to relax, and has many interests such as music, sport, cooking and travelling, going out with friends, as well as relaxing at home with a glass of wine and a film. She is looking for a professional or student who shares similar interests and is clean and tidy.
