Located within walking distance of Glasgow University and City centre, in Gray street at the corner of Sauchiehall street, opposite the Kelvingrove park, 10 mins on foot from the University of Glasgow and 20 mins from the centre (or 10 by bus).

The property is fully furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe, so is suitable for one person or a couple. The room each comprises a double bed, a desks, a wardrobe with a mirror, armchair and it is garden facing so very quiet. It has central heating throughout and double glasses windown, are very comfortable!

Would need another student to share with to avoid the council tax!
You will share flat with a friendly Scottish guy who is also a student of Glasgow Uni. He is a very good guy, a tidy, cheerful fellow.
You also have unlimited broadband. There are loads of great people around all the time with a lot of pubs, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The rent is 310 per month, not include bills( gas, electric) and wifi with 10 per month.
