In response to a friends idea, I have decided to put up this rather unusual advert and only hope that this website does not decide to kick me off.

I currently have a small 2 bedroom property in Gillingham, and have rented out my normal spare room to a friend (male, married but living in Kent while he finished his Uni studies).

However the property still has an empty basement where a spare bed could be put in without any trouble.

As you might expect the basement decoration and furniture is minimal, but it is dry with a radiator, and of course the rest of the house would also be available to the tenant and is comfortable, fully furnished and has Sky TV, phone & WiFi Broadband.

While not being the most glamorous of bedrooms, the rest of the house and its price does in my opinion still make it an good offer for any unattached young female who doesn't mind sharing a house with two guys.

The property is very near the high street, shops, bus stop, train station and local gym and has a wonderful rear garden with covered gazebo and bbq patio area.

The advantage of this offer is that I am not asking any rent for this room, it is rent free to any female who is prepared to clean/cook and tidy up around the house.

(The disadvantage is that your bedroom is a windowless basement)

Basically you won't have to pay any rent and in exchange you promise to keep the house clean, tidy, hoovered and cook one meal per day.

So, a very unusual request - but I promise that it is genuine and no other services of an erotic/sexual nature would be requested - it's just that I am often too busy to do housework myself and I think that 3 men in one house is one too many, and it is this reason that I mention you must be UN-attached.
