To share with one 32 year old female and 2 dogs. There is a black 2 year old Labrador & 3 year old Jack Russell - both really friendly and playful but not allowed upstairs. Dogs are kept in the breakfast room when out and of a night time. There is also a dog walker who comes during the day. Large house with traditional style bathroom with large shower head and roll top bath. Dining room, sitting room, kitchen, breakfast room, conservatory, garage and large garden with Grattan garden furniture. Shabby chic style furniture throughout with SKY TV. The house in non-smoking but it is okay to smoke in the garden.

To share with a fairly laid back, social person who works long hours (8am-7pm) during the week in Manchester City Centre and who enjoys a mixture of nights out and relaxation of a weekend, so will suit similar person who also likes dogs!

The house is based 4 minutes walk from Gatley train station which takes 12-19 minutes on the train to Manchestester Picadilly or alternatively one stop to Didsbury and Manchester Airport in the opposite direction. It is a short walk to Gatley highstreet where there are shops, cafes, hairdressers, a relaxed local pub, an holistic yoga/pilates lodge and many other local ammenities. Also conveniently situated next to a Doctors, Dentists. In terms of commute, it is close to Kingway and the M60.
