The living arrangements:
The owners of this property live and work away in London, but will occasionally return to use the third bedroom as an overnight base in Newcastle. They are both clean, tidy professionals. Ben is 29 and a design researcher, Jenna is 28 and a strategist.
You will have free reign to use all of the house, sharing with the other tenant. The other tenant is Charlotte, a 31 yr old Phd student at Newcastle uni

We are looking for:
Clean, tidy students or professionals who will respect and enjoy our beautiful house. You might be two friends looking to share, or an individual. If you are an individual then you will have the chance to vet the second lodger with us.

The cost:
The price for each room is A350 pcm. and this is inclusive of all bills; Gas, Electric, Water, 20mb broadband, cable Tv (on request), Tv License. Council tax is NOT included and is payable if you are not a ft student. It is apx. A60 per month (split between both if both are liable)

NB: The house previously has two cats living here and whilst it has been throughout cleaned, if you are very allergic you will not be able to live here!
