Are you moving to London in late July? Do you need a room to rent for a short term? Then this is the place for you.

I live in a lovely sharehouse in the heart of Fulham but will be going away for summer. As such I am looking to lease my room for the period 26th of July - 3rd of September (dates flexible).

I am looking for someone realiable, trustworthy and down to earth to take my place in this friendly houseshare.

It's a fantastic area with good transport links all over London ( buses to clapham, Waterloo, Victoria, Kensington and a short walk/ bus ride to hammersmith/ fulham broadway/ west Brompton or earls court tube). There are also great night bus options for if you get caught out after the tube closes.

You'll be sharing with professionals in their mid 20s early 30s.
