I am a 23-year-old female who works in professional services marketing. I have recently put a deposit down on a 2 bedroom flat in Fulham and am looking for a flat mate (preferably a professional female) who is easy-going, friendly, tidy and would like to make the flat a home! I am very sociable and enjoy going out with friends on the weekends but am also content staying in with good company and good wine!

The flat offers comfortable accommodation with a large living area, kitchen and bathroom in a convenient location close to Munster Road shops and New Kings Road. A 10 minute walk from Parsons Green tube and with good bus services close by on Fulham Road. The flat was insulated to new build standards and is furnished with dish washer, washer/dryer, beds and wardrobes, sofa and chairs in the living room and kitchen table & chairs in the kitchen/breakfast room. A corner property it has great light and laminated floors throughout. There is a communal courtyard out the back where you could keep a bicycle.

The available room is clean and bright, fits a double bed and comes with a small wardrobe.

Monthly rent will be £759 + bills + council tax.
A security deposit of £1050 is required and a months rent in advance (£759).
