Hi there!

I'm Michelle, single professional female originally from South Africa. I'm hoping to go on holiday to South Africa soon, have to find the right flatmate first, so please get in touch quick if you're interested. Looking for a single professional male or female who is relatively quiet, comfortable doing their own thing but also sociable(English must be your first language). I work hard, so tired when I'm home on weekdays, but like doing things with friends on weekends.

About the flat:
Has a good sized lounge, wooden floors throughout, tv (freeview), full-sized dishwasher, all new applicances, washer and dryer, flat electric stove (modern and new), your bedroom is a small/medium but good sized double with good floor space, with new glossy white built-in wardrobe, comfy double bed, modern wooden floors, large window. If you're looking for convenience this flat has it all. The 295 and 211 bus stops right outside the flat, and its about a 5 to 7 minute walk from fulham broadway station. There's Iceland, M&S, Waitrose, Cooperative all on your doorstep, as well as Boots, lots of trendy bars and resturants. Bills not included, budget to roughly at most £100 bills, much less in summer months.

I'm really friendly, sometimes quiet when I'm tired from work (you might not see me much, doing work or doing my own thing most of the time), but always there for you if you've had a bad day. Very respectful of other's need for space and also very easy to get on well with. Great company to chat with after a long day! Really friendly and usually have funny stories to share.

The room is available on 24 August, and we'd need to sign a new lease contract with the private landlord, no agency fees. This flat is really cheap for a 2 bedroom flat in fulham, and has everything you need and is close to everything. Really lovely place to live, the current flatmate who you will be living with (errr… . that would be ME… ) is really great to live with too ;)

I would prefer living with someone mature (30 years or older) but get in touch regardless (references etc will be needed), professional working person. This flat is a definite bargain for fulham, I love it and hope to find the right person to share it with.
