We are currently looking for another tenant to fill up a spare room in our student house.
The current housemates are three second year undergraduates, two boys and a girl, at Imperial College London who are friendly, tidy, generally quiet but sociable too.

The room is a spacious double bedroom complete with double bed, chest of drawers, plenty of shelving and a window that gets a lot of natural light. The house itself is large, with a kitchen, a dining room and a living room downstairs, along with three bathrooms covering two showers, two baths, and three toilets. It is a lovely house that provides room to both socialise and have enough privacy when needed.

The property is located just off the Wandsworth Bridge road going up to Fulham Broadway, with shops, restaurants and other local amenities near by. It is about equal distance to both Fulham Broadway tube station and Parsons Green, buses leave just outside the house to South Kensington and Hammersmith, and it is a 15 minute walk into Wandsworth centre for transport links there.
