Due to our central location in Folkestone we are Just 12 minutes from the channel tunnel and only a few minutes’ walk to Folkestone’s beach and the Leas Promenade, in the West End of Folkestone. The shops, bus stops and restaurants of the town centre can be reached in less than 5 minutes’ walk. Off street parking is also available.
