House is located in a quiet culdesac in Fishponds Bristol with parking available on street. The house comprises 4 rooms, one lounge with leather sofas, nice sized kitchen and bathroom and a garden.

Rent does not include bills and there may be a A75 agency fee to pay to the letting agent (Grant management) for references (we are awaiting clarification on this).

Bills are approximated to be around A30 each not including council tax if you have to pay it.

Due to someone dropping out of our original line up we are looking for someone as soon as possible.
