Huge TWIN or DOUBLE room available in a large house in Manor House. There is a double bed or two single beds available. The room is on the mezzanine level at the back of the house so it is very quiet. There is a mix of male and female housemates and a mix of nationalities. The housemates are all aged between 22 to 30 yrs old. Everyone is a professional working different hours, very friendly and interesting. Given the size of the house you are never in each others pockets and everyone is very respectful and mindful of each other. Everyone is clean and sociable but also if you want quiet time and space there is no problem. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets, large living room and large modern kitchen with dining area. There are 3 fridges, washing machine, microwave and gas oven in the kitchen. There is heating throughout the house which is on all the time so it is very warm. There is very fast broadband internet which is included in the rent along with all the other bills. You will need to pay a months rent and deposit which is a months rent. Couples are more than welcome as are friends wanting to save money by sharing.
