There is one double bedroom to rent in our 3 bed-room converted Victorian house: D

LOCATION: The flat is located in a residential street, just 7 minutes walk from Finsbury Park tube Station (zone 2) or 1 bus stop
Stroud Green Road (the main street of this area) is just 2 minutes away, with all kind of amenities, which has a Tesco, Nandos and pizzeria's and There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and takeaways around, with Holloway Road also few bus stops for supermarkets and high street shops and many others… it's really convenient! ;)

THE FLAT: Bright and modern kitchen, fully equipped; bright and tidy bathroom, 2 double rooms and 1 single room. There's no living room, but the kitchen is our particular meeting place.
We have internet broadband and washing machine.
THE ROOM: It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, heating radiator, desk and chair. Besides, the room is really bright thanks to a big and useful window: D

THE RENT: That's an attractive point ;) We are 3 in the house ( 4 with You), The rent is 550A pcm (around 120A pw), and we pay the rent monthly. We are flexible and its Up to you the way you prefer to pay (Weekly or Monthly ), All the bills are included.
Deposit is 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks notice are also required in the eventual and sad case that once in the house you would have to move out (against your will, we're sure about it LoL)

WE: We're a young gay couple in our mid-twenties, from Spain and Colombia and a Brazilian girl. We consider us pretty laid-back, independent, sociable, sincere, tidy and clean people, and we all work or study full time.

YOU: We're looking for someone easy-going, open-minded, clean and sociable. You don't have to be gay, but I guess things will be easier if you are… We would love to find someone who won't be only a stranger in the house, someone who eventually could become a friend, but that's not always possible (sighs), so clean and intelligent person will be enough (sense of humour would be appreciated as well. Someone fun but not who brings the party home during the week and wants to treat the place like a home - not just somewhere to crash. You should also be respectful and tidy and willing to pick up a duster/mop.
