I am looking for a young professional to share my 1000 square foot bright airy beautiful brand new home. It is a refit of a Victorian conversion maisonette high spec (just finished fitting it) with a garden and a terrace perfect for summer BBQ's and chilling on the lawn, seconds from Finsbury Park tube and bus station on the Victoria and Piccadilly line (6mins to Kings cross 10 mins to Oxford Circus).
I am offering a double room with 22inch plasma inc DVD wall mounted, floor to ceiling bespoke wardrobes and draws, suede curtains plus black out blinds, private bathroom all brand new. All the toys downstairs 50inch 3D plasma, virgin plus HD, 30 meg broadband, wii. The price is 185 p/w +bills.
I work from home as an energy healer so I need someone who will be at work every day. Also someone very tidy and clean as clients come to the house and it needs to be kept neat (we will have a cleaner but you need to pick up after yourself). Also someone calm who likes a drink but this is not a party house this is home. NB there is an amazing Japanese place around the corner.
