Spacious double room to share with a Chech student girl. The room has two single beds, 2 wardrobes, desk, chair, TV, armchair. There is a new wooden floor in the whole flat.

The flat is a 3-bedroom one, with kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor in the building. It is literaly a 30-second walk from the Finsbury Park tube station, with Victoria and Picadilly Lines. There are also buses from here going to the town and up north to Brent Cross and Muswell Hill. There are plenty of grocery shops around: Tesco, Sainsburys, and Nisa Local just on the other side of the road opposite the flat. The location of the flat is therefore very convenient and safe.

There are 5 people living in the flat: a Polish couple, 2 Polish females and a Chech female. We are all in our late twenties. We are either professionals or students. The house is usually quiet and study friendly. We all speak English.

The house is always very clean as we have a weekly cleaning rota to which we really stick.

The rent is £60 per week plus bills, which equalls about £65-67 in total per week. There is a monthly deposit required plus a month's rent in advance.
