I am a 29-year-old female and need 3 other like-minded professionals to share a drama-free, clean, easygoing home with lovely large rooms in Finsbury Park. Moving-in date: 24th October.

The house is a 7 min walk from Finsbury Park tube for Victoria or Piccadilly Line, National Rail and bus station, 7 min from Holloway Road and a big Morrissons, 3 min from leisure centre (with ice skating rink! ).

All the rooms are large doubles and priced at A546, A546 and A555 pcm excl. The house is spacious with lots of storage and has a lounge with leather sofas (oooh nice! ), eat-in kitchen with lots of equipment (microwave, new washing machine, steamer, coffee maker, 1970s food processor etc). Also a bathroom with shower and bath plus an extra WC and a big back yard with an apple tree and shed. I will be installing wireless broadband soon and doing up the back yard when I get a chance.

The house is currently undergoing refurbishment throughout and all the bedrooms will have new wooden floors and fresh paint. Please bear this is mind when viewing, as once this is done the house will be lovely ' at the moment it is a bit of a state.

You will be moving in with me and my super-cool cat.

Good bits about me: I like a laugh, I do all my washing up, I'm considerate and reliable. I'm kind (I work in social care). I already ran my own flatshare for 4 years, so I know how to respect others and be a good friend. I own one of those wicked swing-chair things for the garden and make excellent chilli.

Bad bits about me: I smoke Camels (in my room only), I occasionally listen to cheesy 90s pop (remember Charles and Eddie? No? ), I will absolutely thrash you embarrassingly on Guitar Hero (but only on medium setting), I am half-Welsh.

I will live with guys (as long as pants are not left all over the floor and the bathroom is left clean) or girls (as long as you are aware that talking about shoes or Jordan's love life does not excite me). Would like to create an atmosphere where we are friends as well as housemates, so don't apply if you're not happy to pop out for a bite to eat sometimes or watch some crappy TV together.

No massive party animals, sorry. I don't drink anymore, though I don't mind if you guys do as long as you're not really heavy drinkers (all in moderation, kids! ). So flatmates must be fun and sociable, but also mature and considerate if that doesn't sound horrifically dull. That said, I will pop down the pub with you as I need to hone my pool skills and still can't afford a table.

No bigots, whingers or students (unless you are prepared to chip in for Council Tax), no people who write their name on their milk ' equally no one who nicks all your bacon without replacing it and then blames the theft on the cat. She's a bit fed up of that.

Moving in on 24th October, I can arrange viewings evenings and weekends starting 3rd October.
